Food Safety from Farm to Table with the USDA

Carmen Rottenberg, Deputy Under Secretary for USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service, will discuss the latest regulatory changes to be placed before the Office of Management and Budget, provide an overview of the 2017-2022 FSIS five-year plan, and update attendees on the latest in food safety from farm to table and how the Food Safety Modernization Act continues to affect each stage of the food chain from producer to consumer.
